The very first DVD on Garden of Delights. In the beginning of 1970, Xhol Caravan from Wiesbaden performed at the film studios of the Südwestfunk (SWF) radio and TV station in Baden-Baden in front of a blue screen. So psychedelic colour and cross-fading effects could be added later, following the pioneering Beat-Club TV show example. The gig was first transmitted at the SWF on 1st March, 1970, and in a slightly shortened version on 18th October, 1972, at the first German TV channel, ARD. The well-established music by Xhol Caravan can be heard, a peculiar blend of psychedelia and jazz, without any vocals but with an extended flute solo by Hansi Fischer. As bonus you can find two Xhol clips from the most recent years. The DVD is released in a double-fold-out digipak, accompanied by a 32-page booklet. A 4:3 screen format, no age restriction, no regional code, in colour, PAL and NTSC (double-sided recorded), and thus usable worldwide.
